What is DIA/AD?
DIA/AD is a Seoul-based medical marketing and MSO (Management Service Organization) consulting company founded in 2008. We've worked with 200+ partner clinics in Korea — mainly plastic surgery, dermatology and dental — handling everything in clinic management beyond care itself.
What does the MSO consulting cover?
Everything in clinic management except the care itself: branding, online and social media marketing, content production, website production, and overall management consulting for clinic operations — delivered as one partnership.
Do you support international patient acquisition?
Yes. DIA/AD is a licensed foreign patient referral agency in Korea. We run country-specific channels for markets such as China and Japan, with multilingual content and landing pages, medical interpreters and coordinators, visa, insurance and administrative support, and recovery care.
