Privacy Policy
1. Items collected
- Visited page paths, entry path (Referrer), UTM parameters
- Browser type, OS, device type
- Access IP — original not stored. Only the SHA-256 + salt hash value is retained
- Country/region — extracted once from the IP, then the original is discarded
- Anonymous identifier (anonymous_id) — a random UUID stored in the browser's localStorage. Disappears when the user clears browser data
- Session identifier (session_id) — a short-lived identifier that renews after 30 minutes of inactivity
- Dwell time per page, scroll depth, click events
2. Purpose of collection
- Statistical analysis of service usage
- Improving user experience
- Detecting errors and fraudulent activity
3. Retention period
Collected data is retained for 24 months from the date of collection and then automatically destroyed. However, where there is a legal obligation to preserve it, it is retained separately for that period.
4. External analytics tools
To improve service quality, we operate the following external tools collectively through a Google Tag Manager container:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — anonymized statistics collection
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — user behavior analysis
The handling of personal information by these tools is governed by each company's own policy.
5. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights:
- Request to access / correct / delete collected information
- Delete the anonymous identifier: clear site data in your browser settings
- Block external tools: use a browser extension (e.g., uBlock Origin)
